Insurance Information

We accept most dental insurances, and will file your claims as a courtesy to you. We make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. You can expect to pay your “estimated” portion for all procedures at each Dental visit. We do the best we can in providing you with the closest “estimate” of your financial responsibility. Sometimes there is a remaining balance for Dental procedures you have had completed after the insurance company has paid on your behalf. If there is any outstanding balance due after your insurance company has paid we respectively request that you pay this portion within 7-14 days.

Please bring your insurance information with you on your initial visit to our office so that we can expedite reimbursement. Also, please provide us with all updated insurance information each year at your renewal date. Most insurance companies will issue you a new insurance card each year after your renewal period. Some employers may change insurance companies from one year to the next therefore, it is important that we have your updated information in order to expedite all of your individual claims.
